What is a Spabron gift voucher?
With a Spabron gift voucher you can make purchases in our webshop or at Spabron itself. You can redeem the gift voucher for all our products and services.
Gift tip! For example, give a Spabron wellness day, a massage or a hotel stay as a gift. You determine the value of the gift voucher yourself.

The digital gift voucher : The ideal gift voucher that you can never lose! This is not a physical product, you will receive this gift voucher by email. You can also add this gift card to your Apple Wallet.
After ordering this gift voucher, you will receive an email with a code. You can forward this email to the beneficiary.

I want a paper gift voucher. How do I order this?
The paper gift voucher : When ordering this gift voucher, you can choose whether you want the voucher sent to you or whether you prefer to collect the gift voucher at Spabron. Shipping of the gift voucher is free. The recipient of the gift voucher can use the code on this gift voucher to redeem the gift voucher. This can be done in our webshop or when visiting Spabron.
I have ordered a gift voucher, when can I expect it?
If the gift voucher is ordered before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. You can usually expect the voucher within 3 working days.
Can I use my gift voucher at Spabron?
You can redeem your gift voucher at Spabron. Present the gift voucher at check-out. The value of your gift voucher can be used in whole or in part for payment.
Can I use my gift voucher at the Spabron Webshop?
You can redeem your gift voucher at this webshop. This applies to all gift vouchers purchased from February 2022. Do you have an older gift voucher and would you like to redeem it in the webshop? Please contact us.
Redeeming a gift voucher in the webshop:
You can enter the code of your gift voucher at checkout.

You can use your gift voucher partly or completely to pay for your order. If you still have credit left, you can spend this amount later.
How long is a gift voucher valid?
Your gift voucher is valid for one year. When issued, an extra month will be added to cover any shipping time and to give you time to complete the gift voucher. For example; a gift voucher purchased on February 1 is valid until March 1 next year.
Baths card
What is a 10-bath card?
With a 10-day bath card you have access to the Spabron spa 10 times all day.
With an evening 10-bath card you have access to the Spabron spa 10 times from 5:00 PM.
Will I receive a 10-bath card at home after ordering?
A 10-bath card is not a physical product. Your bath card credit is registered on your customer account at Spabron.
What are the conditions of the 10-bath card?
- Your bath card will only be activated at your next Spabron sauna entrance. You can also have the bath card come into effect later if you wish.
- If you have multiple bath cards, the next bath card will only be activated after your expiry former baths card.
- Each bath card is valid for a maximum of 12 months after activation.
- If you purchase multiple bath cards in the form of a discount set, they will be registered in 1 name.

You can share your own bath card credit with family or friends!
(only after written permission from you as the holder of the bath card). - Even with a 10-bath card, we recommend that you make a reservation for your sauna entrance. We can only guarantee access with a reservation confirmation. We do this to ensure that everyone can enjoy wellness in peace.

Shipping and returns
When can I expect my order?
If you have chosen the "delivery" option, we will always send you the order as soon as possible.
Your order will usually be shipped the same day. The order will be sent with PostNL.
Can I also pick up my order?
You can also pick up your order at Spabron in Oosterhesselen. Please indicate this when ordering (check the "collection" option). Of course you will not pay any shipping costs.
What are the shipping costs?
Gift vouchers are shipped free of charge.
Bath cards are not physical products but are registered in Spabron's customer system. So no shipping costs are charged for this.
Orders for other products with a minimum value of 75 euros are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Standard shipping costs apply for orders below 75 euros.
Can I return the products I purchased from Spabron?
You can return your product within 14 days of purchase. The physical product must be unopened and undamaged. Gift vouchers and bath cards cannot be returned.
You pay the costs for return shipping yourself. Would you like to return a product? Please always contact us first.
What should I do if there is something wrong with the product?
All products and orders are handled with the utmost care. Does something go wrong and is the product incomplete or broken? Please contact us immediately upon receipt . Then we will find a suitable solution together.
